“NEVER! NEVER!! NEVER!!! AGAIN!!!!!”

I ordered a Samsung fridge freezer and later called to make additional payment to add 4 hr delivery slot a day before delivery and they refused. I was accused of using fraudulent payment because I changed my mind when making purchases online and using different cards when the problem was that Currys on line site would not accept any card payment. I emailed them about this and they replied 5 days later! I called and they put me on hold costing me time and money. I was also accused of being fradulent because I left things in the box without paying for them. This is really strange considering that their website would not accept any payment methods and I finally had to call in to place my order.
Most people I spoke with had no clue as to what was the right action. They were none chalant on their job.
To make it worse they cancelled my order a day before delivery without discussing it with me in the first place. All my previous converstation with various teams were not listened to. Each time you asked for something to be done the team member always had to put you through to someone else. No one had a clue to fully solve all my issues in one go. All I just wanted to do was to buy a fridge freezer.
If I could give zero stars then I would have. Also I only gave 2 star for value for money because they offered free recycling and free delivery; otherwise with all the stress, they deserve zero stars.
Finally, I had to order one from ARGOS with no stress.
