“Excellent service, easy to use, highly recommended ”

Such fantastic customer service. I checked before booking on walking distances to and from drop off/ collection points as had one member of the party who could not walk very far. They were happy to make alternative arrangements to minimise the walking distance.
Once booked the instructions were clear and concise. I called on the morning to advise we were 15 minutes away from airport and the driver was waiting for us when we arrived. He was very polite and professional and even offered to help wih our luggage.
On collection we called once we had our bags and was advised of the collection point and the driver and our car was with us a few minutes later.
I would highly recommend moon park meet and greet to everyone and they will definetly be my first choice if flying from heathrow again.
We even got a free inside valet and air freshner so was even better value for money than we had previously thought.
If you are looking at parking at heathrow airport then choose moon park meet and greet they take the hassle out of airport parking. No shuttles necessary and your car is taken from you and dropped back to you outside the terminal building.
I have no hesitation in recommending.
