“Shambolic company, shambolic service.”

I won an item on ebay and unfortunately the seller chose Parcels2Go as the courier service. The parcel was due to be delivered on Tuesday 16 September. This did not happen and I waited until Thursday of that week to contact Parcels2Go, I went onto their 'live chat' line five times to establish what had happened to the parcel and was told that delivery had been attempted twice and that no one was in so a card had been left. This was totally untrue. The delivery address is an office which is manned full time. I was also told that the parcel had been taken back to the depot and that I had agreed to collect it. Again an absolute untruth. The depot is 15 miles away and I had paid for the parcel to be delivered not collected. As of today 23 September, I am still waiting for the parcel to be delivered. Parcel2Go are not the delivery company but an intermediate who will blame the company they take as the culprit of the piece. Yet the contract is with them not the third party. Be very aware with dealing with Parcels2Go. I certainly do not want any more to do with them but as of today I am still waiting for my parcel to be delivered.
