We arrived at JFK intl airport at 3 pm after a long journey and were astounded to have to pay for an additional hour as our contract started at 4 pm. We are frequent travelers to the USA and it's the first time that we have such a bad experience. The front desk employee was so unpleasant that we wished another one was available. She made absolutely no effort to speak clearly and slowly to visibly foreigners. When we returned the car, too bad for us, here again she was and asked me unpleasantly what I wanted. She reluctantly gave me a receipt and as I insisted about the payment of tolls with Ezpass told me that our credit card would be charged. We are waiting for the surprise to come. NEVER AGAIN WITH BUDGET.
