“Ischia in September”

Just back from a very pleasant 10 days at the hotel 'Le Querce' in Ischia. Travel arrangements excellent, in particular the local transfers. Hotel very good, and with mostly good food - we ate there every evening and in their poolside 'snack' bar a couple of times at lunchtime as well. The only exception worthy of note was the the universally acknowledged strange choice of Brussels Sprouts as the vegetable to go with the Black Scabbard fish we had for dinner one evening.......

Good hotel, lovely town, very friendly and welcoming people and very scenic island. Quite possibly we'll pay a return visit sometime.
