“Highly satisfactory service at Newark EWR Airport”

Good, curteous, quick service.
We have arrived (a family of 3) at Newark Liberty Airport Avis, on a morning early September 2014. We were returning a Ford SUV, full of luggage. We were running short of time for our flight.
We were taken care of by two Avis gentlemen: Mr. J. A. and his boss, H. D. They provided good, quick and efficient service, and helped us with our luggage. We were quickly on our way to the check-in counters.

Highly satisfactory.
