“Inept call centre staff”

I cannot get any help from the EE call centre who have sent me a new sim card but insist I have a contract phone but I don't, I have a pay as you go. Now waiting on another sim card. The centre staff don't have a good understanding of English and cannot answer any questions. I will be moving to another provider.
