“bad experience at Buxton store”

Went to Buxton store to have lunch and then shop. On ordering our meal we was abruptly told you will have to wait half an hour, we said we didn't mind has we always found Morrisons food worth waiting for. We didn't even get a thank you when we paid, but when my husband asked if they had Any cutlery again a sharp retort you'll have to wait.after more than half an hour our order of fish and chips arrived, the fish looked like a piece of curled up old leather. We thought as we had to wait so long at least it would be hot wrong!!! Only just warm, then to top it all this lady who had been on the till rudely told us we had not paid for the two extra tartar sauce, we didn't know that we had not. When we had finished , which didn't take long as we left most of it, I went to the till to pay for the two sauces I gave her a pound and told her to put the change in the charity box. We are seventy and honest.
