“Very poor service”

Rang before ordering to check bike in stock and delivery time, when it had not arrived 5 days after ordering, after being quoted 3-5 days delivery. I rang them again, to be told they were very sorry and would send it out on a next day Saturday delivery to make amends. I called Saturday afternoon after waiting in all morning, only to be told that the bike was not even in stock. Quite possibly the worst on line service I have come across.
