“Really poor service”

Following quite a thorough eye health check the optometrists ordered trial contact lenses for me - that was 4 weeks ago and I still haven't received my lenses. Finally decided to give them a call and it seems my order was never processed - they said it was the supplier fault but I doubt this was true. Decided I should go elsewhere as I now question their ability to deliver good quality high health, went in today to collect lens prescription and they couldn't even organise something as simple as this request. Stratford Westfield branch - avoid at all cost.
