I rang admiral insurance because they had taken nearly £600 out of my account - 2 years ago I paid my daughters car insurance and last year the money was taken direct - I thought her boyfriend had cancelled it and sorted it out but they took the money again this year. I rang and admit I was in a bit of a panic over it - the first person I spoke to couldn't help but when I spoke to another person she was extremely helpful , rang my daughter at the exact time she saiid she would and made sure the money was back ivy account within 2 dAys - although not with them at the moment I would def recommend them
