“Bubble Wrap Spots on Prints!”

I got 2 of 3 prints that came w/Bubble Wrap Spots and rub marks on the edges! They are aware these problems! Their answer was take pics of issues and bubble wrap & cut a 2" hole in the canvas, then Email them the pics. The thing is that I can only see the issues in certain light and my camera won't pick up the problems! So I'm afraid they won't honor my redue and I'll have 2 expensive canvas pics that are destroyed! They need a better way to make it right for the customer!
