“Able Labels: Poor customer service”

I recently placed an order for school name labels and personalised stationery. The 'review before print' page showed the text rather small, and I couldn't see the 'zoom' button so agreed to print as it all looked fine. There was a rogue full stop that I missed (my fault) and so the stationary is useless. I emailed the company asking what there customer service policy was, and if there was anything they could do. They made no effort to be accommodating and simply said I could have the pages reprinted for £12 (minus box, envelopes etc)! It would be cheaper to print myself! Plus the lady actually laughed at me on the phone and said "well it was your fault". I realise that. It was also your opportunity to secure repeat business.
I have two kids, and as such many name lables, school stationery etc to print over their school lives. Able Labels will be getting NONE of this business and I will NOT be recommending them to friends either. Poorly played Able Labels.
