It is not very often I have to contact Orange regarding a problem. I have three phones on pay monthly with them. Now I am finding it impossible to contact them without waiting for ridiculously long periods of time on the phone. At the moment I am now over 30 minutes waiting to try and speak to someone. Their website is unusable and I am unable to get full access online to my account. The deterioration in customers service is such that I would not recommend them to anyone. I have been with Orange since the company started and I will now be moving to another provider. Disgraceful service and I would suggest people do the same, find a provider that actually has a customer service department that you can get through to, and, more importantly, one that treats you like a valued customer not like sheep to be shorn of hard earned money
