Ordered my product Wednesday 10th September for their earliest delivery of Monday 15th September.
Text message Monday morning stating a time they will be coming.
Phone call mid-morning stating that It is not on the lorry and it is in fact the Manufacturers fault stating that they did not send it and I need to contact them.
Contact the Manufacturer which confirmed that they did send the product and this is not the first time they have received a phone call from a customer of Currys stating incorrect information.
So Currys/Knowhow were passing the buck!
Monday Afternoon Ring up Curry's and explained to them that I know they are lying as I called the manufacturer. They said its lost in their Depot and they are trying to locate it and I will have a new delivery of Thursday.
Thursday came. No Product. Ring them again.
Saturday 20-09-14 delivery set up. I stated if this item is not delivered on Saturday I will be cancelling the order.
Today (Friday 19-09-14) Text message - Hi, We will now be delivering your order on Sunday 21st September!
That's it I'm done!
Tried to call them to cancel the order, they took my details and then hung up on me.
AWFUL SERVICE
They fobbed me off for a whole week. I will never EVER buy from Curry's again, I gave them the benefit of the doubt but I'm done now.
If I could rate this as no stars I would have!
So unbelievably angry!
