I called saga and told them the heating wouldn't come on, straight away they told me they'd sent the AA to fix the problem and they turned up earlier than ecpected. Fantastic! They did a great job and showed my husband and I how to fix the problem ourselves in future as it was such an easy thing to fix. I then had to phone again and the light in the bathroom wasn't working and so within an hour they had a very helpful man from FMC to fix the light switch.
I would absolutely reccomend saga to friends as they have been very helpful and extremely efficient.
