It's a very good website for keeping track of dieting, fruit and veg intake, calories, exercise etc. good forum with helpful members / staff. good articles on different diets / types of exercise, nutrition are published regularly. inspiring stories from people who have used the website and lost weight. Problem is, a lot of people who have dieted, come back later because they gained the weight again... and again. same goes for me. the more one diets, the more one needs to diet. Nobody in the dieting industry tells you about it, but it's a fact (with medical articles that prove it - just search the subject) that unless you starve yourself / diet for the rest of your life, you're not going to keep the weight off.
