“Customer service- what service!?”

I have used admiral insurance for 4 years. Every year I have had to challenge the price for the renewal as the original renewal price has always always increased regardless of the fact no claims have been made. Every time the price is challenged they miraculously find savings but only ever get close to matching other quotes. For example a search through a website comparing quotes gave me the price of £234 from admiral and yet there renewal quote was over £400.

Fundamentally this company gets you to insure with them with introductory offers and then tries to rip you off from then onwards.

I'm very glad not to have made a claim with them as I gather that is nightmare.
