“Reminded why I quit these guys years ago!”

Very very rude customer service, just rang to ask about cancellation policy for my other half who can't call within their weekday only 9-5 hours and was so shocked at how she spoke to me.
Was thinking about taking over his membership or something instead of cancelling it, but have just been reminded why I quit these guys years ago instead. Awful
