“Worst service ever!”

Ordered item of ebay - had text saying it would be delivered on the next day, nothing came so started chasing up item as i needed it to use on clients in salon- - customer service number just rings out al day no one picks up- when they did i was told they would chase up depot and see where driver left it - as it was signed for and dropped off at a neighbour- no neighbours seem to have item- have to leep chasin up this matter whislt i have lost on alot of custom cz of poor service - not rven a note left to say where it was left! Last person i spoke to at customer services- was very rude and sarcastic! And put the phone down on me! I still do not no where my item was left ! The service skills at uk mail are absolutely ****, will never ever use them again ! Pathetic - no one seems to care ! A week later stil heard nothing
