“Couldn't fault it ... top marks!”

In summary, we're really pleased and very impressed. The sales / designer wasn't pushy, listened carefully, took time to understand what we wanted and designed a kitchen accordingly.

After negotiating (usual approach of gaining competitive bids from others) we gave Tesco's the green light. We booked an installation date, the coordinator regularly provided updates via phone and email, the deliveries happened as planned, the fitters arrived as planned, spent the week fitting a stunning new kitchen and as customers, we are thoroughly delighted.

Only one snag to report. The work surface was too long for the stairwell hence required cutting down. The join is barely visible, and Tesco chucked in a few more points as a good will gesture.

So, we're thrilled. A lovely new kitchen. No hassle, no fuss.
