“the service sucks”

i travel from huddersfield to leeds and back daily on there service and it is appalling .they allegedly put more coaches on recently but suddenly that has stopped and the trains are more congested than ever .they made them worse by cutting Dewsbury stops so that trains that stop at Dewsbury are now twice as busy .I get text alerts when there are problems and last month alone I had 28 texts there was a problem nearly every day .for the money they charge there service is a joke and something needs to be done but when you complain the attitude of the staff is who cares !
