Online application is load of rubbish as at the end of the process it tells you it cannot take your payment as you have not sent documents. You can send documents to the email address it gives but then you have to ohone them to find out what to do next. You might as well have phoned them. For some reason they could not insure my car as it had previously been written off. Tesco / Admiral did not have any problems in the past but a company that nobody has heard off cannot insure the vehicle.
