“dreadful service”

Sky Broadband connection and service is awful. The speed has alwas been slow, but then about 10 months ago it becme unstable as well. Have lost count of the number of times have phoned them to get sorted out. They check their records, agree we have a problem, go through their same script every time and each time it gets worse. Have had three BT engineer visits - all wiring tested and fine; a new connection BT Openreach box installed, and finally a new line between house and junction box. We have connection first thing in the morning, but for the rest of the day are lucky to be able to be on line five minutes in each hour. Clearly a probem with other users and the channels and Sky's poor equipment. Have had no apologies, no reimbursement of payments for a service we simply aren't and haven't been receiving. Will be changing whole package - tv, telephone, broadband - to another provider. No-one could be worse than Sky, whose customer sevice is also off-hand and pretty much as reliable as our connection.
