“Arrogant .....find a better company.”

Salesmen are slick and convincing but nothing else lives up to expectations. The small conservatory we have had built has been ok in the end, but what should have been a quick straight forward job but instead was behind schedule and construction lasted over a month due to many niggles caused by poor workmanship which had to be sorted. Made many errors with everything from the build itself to mistakes relating to billing for the finished job. The attitude of certain managers and most especially the owner/ director of the company was rude and arrogant with little concern for the customer other than getting their money ASAP.
