“poor quality blinds”

I ordered 2 roman blinds and within a week of the blinds being put up both cords came loose and both plastic knobs broke as they were very cheap, I phoned and complained and was email through a sheet on how to retread the blinds which worked for a day and then when I had to phone again I was sent two more plastic knobs which I was assured was better quality than the previous ones and they no better and now I left with 2 broken blinds that cannot be pulled up otherwise my blinds can be sent back for at least a week so nothing at my windows and the cords can be done again or pay a further 20 pounds per blind to have better quality cords put in. I feel very let down and now 135 pounds later two blinds that do not pull up
