I ordered Wolfenstein for the Xbox 360 as it was on offer £19.99.
I asked if I could pick it up from my local store but was told it was going to be £5.00 extra?? so I just used the free shipping
After 3 days and lots of emails the game didn't arrive.
The people at customer services told me it had been shipped and it should arrive the next day.
I left it another 2 days and still no game so I contacted the web chat customer services who told me after 10 days they can send out a replacement.
After 10 days and still no game I emailed Game to see if they could re-ship but got no reply, I did this for 4 consecutive days and didn't get a reply??
Today I have contacted Game thru the web chat and they told me they would now send a replacement.
I have just received an email saying they have refunded my payment W T F!
After checking the website the game has gone up from £19.99 to £33.99.
Customer services have now said they have run out of stock so have refunded my payment?? I cant help but think they have refunded my payment because I got the game at £19.99.
Overall very poor service and the woman I spoke to was very abrupt and said "I don't really know what you want me to do as the payment has now been refunded"
