“Customer service without standards”

Had my policy for 8 months, wanted to amend my policy as I was renovating a vw t4 transporter. I told them I had fitted a new stereo and a thatchem cat 1 alarm, and I wanted to put load baring alloys, also add a bench seat in the rear and I was told that this was totally UNACCEPTABLE. Not we will try and find a new policy or amend mine just unacceptable....
I was happy to pay a premium....
T4rus insured me for less and I have doubled the value of my pride and joy.
