WRITE A REVIEW

“Maligned but works for me”

We were initially rather hesitant to take an order from SB&B, because of very mixed reviews online, including some rather scathing ones: missing and substandard parts, but in particular very bad customer service.

However, our beds were delivered, instructions clear, the driver was friendly and helpful, contacting us the night before with an arrival estimate, and the beds were perfectly good. There were a few screws of a particular type short, which could have been awkward, but nothing very exotic and I was able to use screws of my own. I believe there is a free replacement service I could have used.

Thus, no complaints from us.
