“Don't go anywhere near these people”

I rent my property out through Palmer Snell in Westbourne who are absolutely fantastic. However, the renewals and accounts part goes though Countrywide Lettings. They made a mistake with my rental that will cost me around £250 this year. They have refused to accept responsibility, have blamed one of the staff at Palmer Snell and I have yet to receive an apology. I have requested not to deal with them in any way in the future and for all correspondence to come via Palmer Snell. Very unimpressed, especially with the Renewals Admin Team Leader.
