After trawling the net & major electrical retailers for a new fridge freezer set, i found the Samsung tall matching larder fridge & freezer set at Appliance City complete with built in Brita water filter & dispenser. I had been told by one of the major outlets that Samsung were no longer doing a water dispenser on their fridges. I rang Appliance City just to verify that the it did have the water dispenser & spoke to the person in sales who was extremely helpful. I was impressed with the level of knowledge & the customer service I was given & decided to place my order. I was offered a choice of delivery days & was told I would receive confirmation of a time slot for the delivery to be made, I did request that school run times be avoided & unlike many other companies I was assured that a note would be put on my order & if necessary the driver would wait for my return. I received both a call & email confirming delivery date, time slot & drivers mobile number. Delivery day arrived & I received the promised call 30 minutes prior to delivery, the van arrived & the items were unloaded, unpacked & placed in their appropriate locations by B & J Van 23 who were extremely polite, considerate to both the new products & my property & very efficient. I will definitely use Appliance City again & would recommend to friends & family. A refreshing change to Internet shopping - well done Appliance City you deserve to do well & prosper. Overall excellent service from start to end.
