“Awful service”

Most awful service I have ever experienced. Didn't deliver when they said they would. Took my money. I cancelled my order and almost a month later still waiting for a refund. No one authorised to resolve the issue, front line staff trained robots with scripts. Truly awful. Go to Bed World instead. Just as competitively priced and MUCH better service.
