“Got It Right”

Like most people I didn't know who to trade my iphone 4s with, a search engine supplied a long confusing list of people offering differing values and options. I chose Envirophone and for once I got it right! The website sale of my phone was straightforward, they emailed me all I needed to know and sent me out a welcome pack with postage packaging, when taking my phone to the post office again it was so simple, the post office knew the system and I received a trackable receipt (no cost for postage) giving me peace of mind my phone wouldn't get lost. Envirophone not only gave me the best rate for my phone they also were very helpful when my phone was still locked after they received it, they talked me patiently through unlocking the phone and once sorted they paid the money promised into my bank account without any issue's. They kept me updated throughout and I can say without hesitation I recommend Envirophone, their service and attitude - they GOT IT RIGHT!
