“Poor customer service ”

Please help me with contacting the right people to make an official complaint against this company, I paid £500 on a deposit just to hold a seat, but they actually booked a ticket I tyres to get my money back as my mother has fallen I'll she is currently in Sierra Leone with all this Ebola crisis, they won't give me back my deposit.. In addition they are very rude and aggressive, I'm so stressed now I need to book a new flight to get her back to London with no more money I don't know what to do
