Difficult to get through to on the phone over 20 minutes waiting!!! but once through professionally dealt with by KM3.
I personally dislike one call's way of automatic renewal policy which means you have to ring them in order to stop a renewal payment being made. As with every insurance company their renewal quote is expensive so it pays to shop around and do your homework to improve the price quoted.
