“Stole my money”

I paid a deposit of 1700 after getting the hard sell and being told this was a bank holiday discount price, I was going to be spending about £17,000. We were also entered into the draw for the free kitchen.

Unbeknown to us this "draw" it seems meant we were giving up any possibility of our money back, so when I found myself unexpectedly out of work and needing to cancel our order we were shocked to hear that we could not have our deposit back.

We of course needed the 1700 to live on, Wren clearly needed it more to add to their profits !!! I am seeking to get my money back but don't feel hopeful
