“Good customer service & ease of use”

To The Text Local Team

I just wanted to write and share our exciting news.

A while back I rang and spoke to one of your friendly customer service people to get some advice as we were looking to start a new service. They were great and talked me through adding an attachment to a text message so we can send information direct to clients quickly.

Once I had run some tests and was confident it would work we contacted our clients for research to help us develop the new service and I am pleased to say just one month later we have started the service. We rewarded the clients who took part in our survey with a free trial and yesterday we successfully sent out a number of text messages. We have received positive feedback from clients who love the ease of use. Normally clients have to log into our website to download information but now, for some publications, they can just click on a link within a text message. Also I couldn’t believe it when your staff member said we only get charged for the one text message per client. It’s amazing as I am sending out a five page PDF document.

Genius!
