“Very easy service”

I found this to be a very simple service to use with simple language and clearly explained terms etc.both operatives I spoke to but particularly KW9 were very friendly and helpful and explained everything clearly. I had rung off the first time as I hadn't appreciated that the silence was whilst my quote was being checked. when I called back this had already been added to my notes and the second operative KW9 explained what had happened and made sure we avoided it a second time. this slight glitch in the process is the only reason for my lack of 5 stars. All other aspects were great.
