“High quality friendly service”

I received excellent sales advice before purchasing. I was given a discount for a multibuy, which really pleased me. Also the two SMEG items I wanted -a built in microwave grill and an oven were actually in stock and available for immediate delivery! This is so rare nowadays...

Furthermore the delivery was prompt −3 days later- and well organised. I received advanced calls telling me when the drivers would arrive and they were friendly and helpful when they got here! They didn't do this kerbside delivery nonsense but obligingly carried the boxes right into the kitchen for me.

I have had really difficult delivery situations with other companies to deal with in the past - if you don't exactly know when an item will arrive, it is very difficult to arrange to carry something huge delivered kerb side into your house. Appliance City were really great! i recommend them most highly.
