These houses are thrown up without any care at all. All they care about is getting your money. We have been in our home for nearly 12 months now, and this month has been the 4th time we have been without use of our bathroom due to tiles coming off the wall. We have had leaks through the ceiling after we paid for the room to be painted, we have had mould in the kitchen, finishing touches are the poorest I have ever seen or dealt with.
I would seriously consider the negatives when buying a Persimmon home. Not only has this put me off the builder, it has put me off new builds altogether.
We are currently at the point of withholding their ground rent until these problems are fixed just to get some action.
