I phoned to check stock of a bed bundle as I needed it by a specific date. Was told it was in and no problem.
The day before it was delivered I was still being told yes delivered tomorrow
On the day where a day off work was taken, only the matress was delivered .
I rand and was told the bed would not be available until November. Not once during ordering and checking on delivery was I told this. I am awaiting a refund.
No accurate communication at all! I am fuming.
