This is a different review to the norm, as I did not actually go on the holiday I booked with MotorHolme! However I think it is worth relating my experience with this company.
After booking my holiday I became concerned at the list of post-hire surcharges that MotorHolme sent me (this information is in fact on their website but not that obvious.) I decided to cancel but, having read other reviews, thought I might have a hard time getting my money back.
A lady replied to my cancellation email explaining that the company is now under new management, and sought to reassure me that Motorholme is a lot more customer focussed that it used to be. However I wasn't really convinced and just wanted my money back, so she promptly issued me with a full refund.
My impression is that Motorholme is a company where the new management is trying hard to shake off its old image. They were professional and courteous in their dealings with me, and their willingness to promptly refund all my money means I would be happy to rebook a motorhome holiday with them in the future.
