Apparently, they can't remove the bar that they placed on my number when I lost my other phone but that's okay cos I can always buy PAYG sim card and they'll give me a wee discount on the £37.50 contract that I pay monthly....absolutely useless. They made umpteen promises to fix my line, call me back and 'sort it out' but they didn't manage to fulfil any promises. Now, I am paying for a contract that isn't connected with no timescale for repair - it could take a day, a week or a month or maybe longer according to the customer service department. They are a joke!
