I bought a PS4 console from eBuyer. When it arrived the box edges were damaged and it had been opened, the seal broken. I found documents missing but the hardware intact. So I contacted eBuyer and they said it was "human error" as they have a process whereby they take each console out of the box (apparently verified by their product manager) to scan the serial number. Now the serial number is clearly printed on the outside of the box so there is no need to do that at all. Despite this eBuyer maintained their stance, they sent me just one of the missing documents and refused to acknowledge the issue for what it really was. So I am left with a damaged box and missing documents.
At this point I could personally never trust eBuyer again, hence never purchase again... too much of a risk that another purchase may be subject to their so called 'process' and 'human error' !!
The PS4 however is fantastic console, such huge potential and a lot of exciting new things coming up.
