“Worst pre and after sales service at Peterborough...”

First of all, a "misleading" advert lead me to purchase a VW with no aircon on it. Upon taking up the issue, they were not ready to apologize and were not ready to refund inspite of being their mistake. After much of haggling with the core-management team, the only best thing they could do is to provide a crappy GaurdX protection which is of no use. Secondly I had to chase for 9 months for getting a replacement trim which was a broken one as they sold it to me. I had to visit and call them numerous times through out this period to get such a small part replaced.
Their approach to me was terrible, the sales guy expected assurance from me that I will buy, then only he was happy to let me do the test drive which was a worst customer service that I had ever faced. The sales guy was in a hurry and was just keen to pack up since it being the end of their day's schedule. I highly recommend to be aware of the Sales guys in Peterborough who are terrible in their approach to customers and in fact they even blocked my email id on their server since I was trying to get in touch with their top management to complain regarding their poor service at Peterborough branch. Please do think twice before choosing to buy from Motorpoint Peterborough.
