“WHAT A RIP OFF”

Hired a Firefly car from Girona Airport for 7 days as part of my booking with Ryanair, flight tickets, luggage and car hire at Girona. I have never been so ripped off by a company in all my seventy years.
We paid in advance via Ryanair a sum of 78.69 euros for the car hire. Quite a good price I thought. I was never sent a questionaire or paperwork with regard to this booking.
On leaving Girona Airport with our hire car we had handed over 247.97 euros. Some difference!!!!
As I am the only person in our household who is able to use a laptop so I made all the arrangements using the Ryanair website and in my name. On picking up the car Firefly said if I wanted my husband as the main driver I would HAVE to pay for full insurance another 69.30 euros. Plus service charge of 16.70 and then this tax and that tax and then of course the inevitable 50.6 euros for petrol. Totaling 247.97 euros.
We are pensioners and that was all our spending money gone.
I have never been so discussed with a company in all my life and everyone out there be warned this is not an honourable company.
