“A very obliging helpful company”

I was staying with my mum who has a very small made to measure bed and had complained that the mattress was past its sell by date. I came across Stictly Beds online after googling and to my delight found that they did all kinds of sizes and prices of beds and mattresses so I placed an order giving my mums address as the delivery address.
The day before the expected delivery date I recieved a text from the driver and there had been a clerical error in that the delivery address had been put down as MY home address which was some 130 miles away from my mums address. However, the driver was very helpful and offered to deliver the mattress on his way back from his delivery schedule which I thought was really nice of him as he didn't have to do that at all as it wasn't his fault that a clerical error had been made.My mum is thrilled with her mattress, which is of excellent quality being the Telford and it was £109.I will most definitely be using this company again as I have just moved house and will be needing a smaller divan bed for a guest room. Throughout the process I was kept up to date by email and text and received an apology from the manager regarding the clinical error. Good old fashioned courteous service which you don't often get these days!
