Ordered a DC backpack, it arrived and was the wrong item, rang customer service and explained the website was wrong. Paid to return the bag and they did refund the postal price. They then sent out the exact same bag in my packaging. Rang again and they said they would send the correct item even though it was more expensive than advertised on website. Then they spoke to a supervisor who said I had to pay the full price of the item even though it was incorrect on the website. Refused to budge on this. Over a week later the bag is still advertised at the wrong price!!
Asked for a refund now and will not use them again :-(
