“Abysmal customer service littered with swear words.”

Spoke to two members of staff concerning the order I had placed. Both of them had a bad attitude problem and they even resorted to insults and swearing.
To reason with them was impossible and what ever I asked was met with sarcasm.
I would not purchase anything from these people again.
