“BEWARE!!!!”

As a regular online shopper, i would like to say that Corban Direct is the worse company I have ever dealt with!
They are merely a middle man who do not stock any items. You order from them, then they order from elsewhere, thus making "guaranteed delivery" impossible.

I ordered a bed described a fast next day delivery. It did not show in four days so i wrong to complain. They apologised and said it would arrive the next day... It didn't. Again I rang to complain...... Another delivery slot made.

Bed arrived 2 weeks later, with the headboard and footboard missing!!

So still no complete bed.

They sound very polite on the phone, and are great at saying sorry, but when it comes to getting things done, they are full of very poor excuses and lies.

They arranged to collect incomplete bed. I. Still waiting for a refund!!
